How the personalization works
Each custom drink glass has three engraved lines, and all three are required. Line 1 takes up to 15 characters. Line 2 takes up to 10 characters. Line 3 takes up to 15 characters.
Only the custom text area can be personalized. Double check your spelling and enter the exact text you would like engraved. Your wording will appear exactly as entered, including spacing and punctuation.
Personalization is case sensitive. Please avoid fixed uppercase, as it can make the script font difficult to read. Please do not include accents or special symbols, because some of our processes will not allow them.

10/04/2026I gave it 4 stars for the quality only because I had an issue with the leather material used. It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.

08/18/2026Turned out very well and I love it. The communication was great and the item was just as described. It shipped fast being that it was a custom item. The silver looks great. It’s a little hard for my son to get off and on so hoping he will take his time and not break the chain.
