How the Personalisation Works
Here is how the mug comes together. First, choose your dog's breed from the numbered chart shown in the photos. Next, add your dog's name, which appears on the front beside the illustration. Both of these are required.
Want something extra? Add a heartfelt message to the back of the mug with up to four lines, each up to 25 characters. Adding a message is optional. If you leave the reverse blank, the design will be repeated instead.
Please note that all personalisation appears in fixed UPPERCASE, so names and messages display in capital letters. Keep this in mind when you write your message.

It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping.
