How the personalization works
Start by uploading your favorite photo, which is required. Then add the text for the front of the card, up to 12 characters, and the message for the inside, up to 556 characters. All three fields are required, so complete each one before you order.
Double check your spelling and enter the exact text you want. Your text will appear exactly as you enter it, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents or special symbols, as some of our processes will not allow them.
Only the custom text area can be personalized. Please review your wording carefully before you place your order. If you have any questions about customization or need help with your order, reach out to us anytime.

It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.
