  • After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded, as each gift is custom-made.
  • To cancel, contact our support team via email or live chat within the 24-hour window. We will confirm your cancellation and process your refund promptly.

Refunds for Damaged Items

  • If your personalized gift arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for assessment.
  • Depending on the condition, we will offer a full or partial refund or a replacement.
  • Our team is committed to resolving issues quickly and ensuring your satisfaction.

No Refunds for Approved Designs

  • We do not offer refunds for orders with incorrect designs after production has started.
  • Before production, a sample and mockup proof are sent to your email for approval.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the design proof. If you need to see your proof again, contact our support team.
  • Once the design is approved, the order is final and cannot be refunded or changed.
