Every engraved memorial bracelet is made to order. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our workshop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed then are processed on the next business day. Orders are usually sent out within 5 business days, and we ship worldwide.

If your order has not been delivered within 14 days in the U.S. or 30 days internationally from the shipping date, we will send a free replacement. That way your personalized gift reaches you as soon as possible.
