How the personalisation works

Line 1 is required and can hold up to 15 characters. Text on line 1 always appears in fixed uppercase, so names and messages read clearly on the ceramic. You can also add a second line of up to 15 characters, plus a year of up to 4 characters. Both are optional.

The wording First Christmas as is fixed on every grandparents tree decoration and cannot be amended. All other personalisation is case sensitive and will appear exactly as you enter it.

Please avoid writing your message in all capitals. The font used makes fully capitalised messages hard to read, and they may even result in personalisation being missed off. Upper and lower case letters give the best result.
