About This Gift
Our personalised heart decoration is a gentle way to remember a loved one at Christmas. Made from ceramic, it hangs on the tree as a quiet keepsake each year. It suits families who want a memory close during the festive season.
Personalised heart decoration for Christmas remembrance
Christmas can be the hardest time to miss someone. This personalised heart decoration gives you a way to honour them in your home, with their name shown on the tree. It is a gentle reminder of someone precious, held in loving memory each year.
Why it makes a perfect gift
This memorial Christmas keepsake suits anyone missing a loved one this festive season. It works well as a sympathy gift for friends, colleagues or family. It can also be given as a bereavement gift for the first Christmas without someone close. The design is simple, kind and easy to display.
It also makes a thoughtful gift for mum, or a nan Christmas gift from the grandchildren. Choose it as a grandad memorial to hang beside the family decorations. Each year it returns to the tree, keeping their name close at Christmas.
How the personalisation works
Your name goes on the first line, which is required, and can be up to 12 characters. You can also add a year of up to 4 characters on the second line, which is optional. The year sits beneath the fixed wording 'SLEEP IN Heavenly PEACE'.
Personalisation is case sensitive and appears exactly as you enter it, so type the name the way you want it shown. Please avoid uppercase throughout, as this can make the script font harder to read.

10/04/2026I gave it 4 stars for the quality only because I had an issue with the leather material used. It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.

08/18/2026Turned out very well and I love it. The communication was great and the item was just as described. It shipped fast being that it was a custom item. The silver looks great. It’s a little hard for my son to get off and on so hoping he will take his time and not break the chain.
