Fantastic customer service and quality materials. The owner worked with me until I was happy with the writing and font on the bracelet and was very understanding about making some adjustments. The item is exactly how it was marketed and the product is made with high quality materials. The processing time and shipping was as explained and fast. 10/04/2026I gave it 4 stars for the quality only because I had an issue with the leather material used. It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.

08/18/2026Turned out very well and I love it. The communication was great and the item was just as described. It shipped fast being that it was a custom item. The silver looks great. It’s a little hard for my son to get off and on so hoping he will take his time and not break the chain.
