Delivery

Each personalized memorial bracelet is made to order. We engrave every piece especially for you. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our workshop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

Orders are usually sent out within 5 business days, and we ship worldwide. If your order has not been delivered within 14 days (U.S.) or 30 days (International) from the shipping date, we will send a free replacement. We want your personalized gift to reach you as soon as possible.
