Ordering and Delivery

Every bracelet is made to order, and we engrave each one especially for you. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our workshop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed then are processed on the next business day.

Orders are usually sent out within 5 business days, and we ship internationally. If your order has not been delivered within 14 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international) from the shipping date, we will send a free replacement. This way your personalized memorial bracelet reaches you as soon as possible.
