How to Order

Ordering only takes a few steps. The one to slow down on is the personalization, because we make your gift exactly as you type it.

1. Find a gift. Shop by occasion, from anniversaries to birthdays to the holidays, or by who the gift is for.
2. Open the product page. The description and photos show you what you'll be getting.
3. Add your personalization. Use the personalization box to give us the name, date or message you want. Some gifts take a photo too.
4. Read it back. Check the spelling and every detail before you go any further.
5. Pay for your order. Put the gift in your cart and go to our secure checkout. Before you confirm, look over the order summary one more time to be sure the personalization is right.

Your confirmation email lists everything you typed, and so does the page you land on after paying. Give it a quick read to make sure we have it right.

Spotted a mistake? Contact us right away. We'll need your order number and what it should say. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll try our hardest to fix it.

Before we make your gift, we email you a design proof. Reply to approve it, or tell us what to change. We only start making it once you have approved it.
