Custom Gift Haven

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This website (the "Site") is run by Custom Gift Haven Ltd, trading as Custom Gift Haven (company no. 16030659, registered in England and Wales). Below, you'll find what we collect about you when you browse or shop here, what we do with it, who else sees it and how we keep it safe. "We", "us" and "our" mean Custom Gift Haven. If you use the Site, you're accepting the way we handle information as set out in this policy.

Questions or concerns? Email [email protected].

What we collect

  • Your details: your name and contact details (email address and phone number), your shipping and billing addresses, and anything else you tell us when you open an account or buy something.
  • Payment details: we need these to process your order, but we don't keep your card details. Outside payment providers handle the payments securely for us.
  • Personalization: the name, date, message or image you send us to personalize your gift.
  • Device and browsing data: your IP address, browser type and time zone, which pages and products you look at, which website sent you to us and how you move around the Site. We gather it with cookies, log files and tools like them.
  • Messages: a record of your emails and support requests to us.

How we use it

  • To handle your order from start to finish, including delivery and any help you need.
  • To create your gift with the personalization you gave us, and to tailor your shopping experience.
  • To keep in touch: news about your order, other updates, replies to your questions and, only if you've opted in, promotions.
  • To make the Site, our products and our service better, based on how people use the Site and what customers tell us.
  • To do what the law requires of us, and to look after our rights and interests.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers: companies we trust to take care of payments, shipping, order fulfillment, analytics and marketing for us. Each one must keep your information safe and may only use it for the work they do for us.
  • Authorities: when we're legally required to share it, whether that's under a law, a regulation or a legal process.

Selling or renting out your personal information is something we don't do.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technology help the Site run smoothly, show us how visitors use it and let us tailor what you see. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though turning them off may stop some parts of the Site from working.

How we protect your data

We protect your information with SSL encryption, secure payment gateways and other industry-standard security. We work hard to keep it safe, but we can't promise that any method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

  • Show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Stop sending you marketing, at any time.
  • Explain how your information is used and who it's shared with.

Email [email protected] to make a request.

Children

We don't aim the Site at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. Tell us if a child has given us personal details and we'll delete those details.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised from time to time, for example if the law changes or we start doing things differently. Any new version goes up here, and the "Last updated" date at the top changes to match. For significant changes, we'll also email you or put a notice on the Site.
