Shipping and Delivery

Every gift is made to order, so the time it takes to make depends on the product. You'll find that making time on each product page. On the day your order leaves, we email you to say so, with the tracking details included.

For a date, look at the product page. Its delivery estimate counts both the time it takes to make that gift and the time it takes to reach you.

Our USA store delivers to addresses in the USA, and our UK store delivers to addresses in the UK. Delivery times are counted from the day your gift has been made:

• In the USA: shipped with USPS (the US Postal Service). Most items arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they're made.
• In the UK: shipped with Royal Mail. 2nd Class takes 2 to 3 business days, and Tracked 24 is the next-day option.

Each product page shows its own estimate: the dates your gift should arrive, how long it takes to make and how long delivery then takes. Some gifts take a little longer than most, and their product page says so. You'll see the delivery options for your order, and what they cost, at checkout.

Expect longer at peak times of year and around the holidays.

The shipping email we send names the carrier and gives your tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's own website to follow your package:

• USPS package tracking
• Royal Mail package tracking

If your shipping email names a different carrier, you can track with UPS, DHL or FedEx.
