You will see two boxes when you order.
- Upload Your Photo (required): add one photo for inside the locket. Choose a clear JPG or PNG where the faces sit near the middle, since the heart shape trims the edges. Close-ups of one or two people, or a favorite pet, look best.
- Engraving (required): type one line of text, up to 20 characters, to be engraved on the outside of the locket, such as Forever in my heart or your initials.
The engraving is included in the price. Keep it to a short phrase, a name or initials, so it reads clearly on the small heart. Planning a surprise? Borrow a favorite photo from their phone, so you know it is one they love.

It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.
