Double check your spelling and enter the exact text you'd like laser engraved. Only the custom text area can be custom. The text on lines 1 & 2 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. All other personalisation will appear in UPPERCASE. The "&" is fixed and cannot be amended/removed.
