How the personalization works
Personalizing this engraved photo frame is simple. Only the custom text area can be personalized. Line 1 is required and holds up to 20 characters. Line 2 is required and holds up to 30 characters.
Double check your spelling before you order. The text you enter is exactly how it will appear on the frame, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents or special symbols, as some of our processes will not allow them. Read your text aloud before you place your order.

10/04/2026I gave it 4 stars for the quality only because I had an issue with the leather material used. It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.

08/18/2026Turned out very well and I love it. The communication was great and the item was just as described. It shipped fast being that it was a custom item. The silver looks great. It’s a little hard for my son to get off and on so hoping he will take his time and not break the chain.
