The personalization appears in fixed upper case. Please avoid accents and special symbols, as some of our processes will not allow them.

It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.
