About This Gift
Personalized long sleeve shirts for him are a thoughtful gift he will wear again and again. This men's long sleeve t-shirt is made with your own custom design, so every shirt is as unique as the man who wears it. Upload your artwork, pick a size, and let us make it for you.
Personalized Long Sleeve Shirts for Him, Made With Your Design
Why It Makes a Perfect Gift
Personalized long sleeve shirts suit many gifting moments. They make a lovely birthday gift for him, a Christmas gift for a husband, brother or son, or a Father's Day gift for dad. Use one to celebrate an anniversary or to say thank you to a friend.
Gift for him shoppers often want something useful and personal. A custom design turns a simple long sleeve t-shirt into a keepsake with a story. Add a favorite saying, a special message, or a design that means something to the two of you.
How the Personalization Works
Start by uploading your custom design. The upload box is required, so your design comes first. Then use the optional Create My Design box to add your own text ideas if you want a written message included.
Next, choose your size from XS to 2XL. Personalized long sleeve shirts are then prepared for you once you place your order, so take a moment to check your design before you buy.
Choosing the Right Size
Our sizes run from XS to 2XL, so there is a fit for many men. Check the size you need before you order. A good gift for him is one that fits well, so compare the size range carefully before you choose.

10/04/2026I gave it 4 stars for the quality only because I had an issue with the leather material used. It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.

08/18/2026Turned out very well and I love it. The communication was great and the item was just as described. It shipped fast being that it was a custom item. The silver looks great. It’s a little hard for my son to get off and on so hoping he will take his time and not break the chain.
