How to Personalize Your Photo Necklace for Mom
You will see three boxes when you order.
- Upload Your Photo (required): choose a clear, bright photo of Mom with her kids, with faces large and easy to see. Pictures where everyone is snuggled close work best, because the pendant follows the outline of the group. Avoid photos where faces are hidden by hair, hats or hands.
- Back Engraving (required): type up to 20 characters for the back, such as Best mom ever or the kids' names. Short words look best, since long text gets very small.
- Chain Length (required): choose 14, 16, 18, 20 or 22 inches (35, 40, 45, 50 or 55 cm). Go with the length Mom usually wears, or a middle length if you are not sure.
A high-resolution photo gives the finest detail. Color is fine, as the engraving turns it into a soft black and white picture. If the photo is a wide shot, crop in close before you upload it.

It got wet, I patted it dry but the leather seemed to brake down and the top layer seemed to peel off in areas. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one which is why I gave them 5 stars for customer service and shipping. Anyway at this point I am very satisfied for how they handled it and I love the bracelet. They are caring people. Now I know it’s best if I don’t get it wet.
